Hassan suffered from a painful obstruction in his left ureteropelvic junction area and was in urgent need of a surgical procedure to remove a remove a ureteropelvic junction (UPJ) obstruction. 

The operation was performed successfully by Dr. Ma’moun Zibdeh at the Jordan Hospital.
